{"id":55,"date":"2014-01-25T00:54:23","date_gmt":"2014-01-25T00:54:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.wildbees.me\/?p=55"},"modified":"2014-06-15T17:19:01","modified_gmt":"2014-06-15T07:19:01","slug":"week-1-tamara-laporte-warm-up-colour-theory-and-inner-artist-guardian-angel-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wildbees.me\/?p=55","title":{"rendered":"Life Book 2014 &#8211; Week 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p><strong>Week 1:\u00a0 Tamara Laporte &#8211; Warm Up &amp; Colour Theory and Inner Artist Guardian Angel<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This lesson was a two- parter.<\/p>\n<p>This year we were to find our &#8220;word&#8221; for the year.<\/p>\n<p>I originally chose \u00c4ccept&#8221;.\u00a0 Not \u00e4cceptance&#8221;, because to me, acceptance felt like it was something that had already been done, had already reached it&#8217;s end point.\u00a0 Accept was more of a &#8220;continuing&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>BUT&#8230;\u00a0 The first thing that greeted me on new Years Day was the stillness and quiet.\u00a0 We usually have a heap of birds in our yard, so to hear stillness and quiet was quite noticeable.\u00a0\u00a0 I searched the scriptures and found\u00a0 Isaiah 30:15 &#8220;In returning (repentance) and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and confidence (trust) shall be your strength&#8221;.\u00a0 I knew that my word for the year would now be &#8220;trust&#8221;.\u00a0 Trust God.\u00a0 Trust Jesus.\u00a0 Trust myself.\u00a0 Trust the process.\u00a0 Trust the timing.\u00a0 etc, etc, etc<\/p>\n<p>My Inner Artist Guardian Angel didn&#8217;t need wings.\u00a0 She represents me.\u00a0 Yes, in all her nakedness before God.\u00a0 We cannot hide from Him, so she wanted to just be herself.\u00a0 No masks.\u00a0 No pretense.\u00a0 Just open and honest before the Lord, in amongst some beautiful trees.<\/p>\n<p>Hebrews 4: 13\u00a0 And no creature is hidden from His sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him whom we must give account.<\/p>\n<p>Henri Nouwen writes in A Cry for Mercy; &#8220;Take away the many fears, suspicions, and doubts by which I prevent you from being my Lord, and give me the courage and freedom to appear naked and vulnerable in the light of your presence, confident in your unfathomable mercy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Isn&#8217;t that beautiful&#8230;\u00a0 &lt;3<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wildbees.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1110048.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wildbees.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1110048-220x300.jpg\" alt=\"P1110048\" width=\"220\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wildbees.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1110049.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wildbees.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/P1110049-219x300.jpg\" alt=\"P1110049\" width=\"219\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Week 1:\u00a0 Tamara Laporte &#8211; Warm Up &amp; Colour Theory and Inner Artist Guardian Angel This lesson was a two- parter.
